Banishing Spell - Knot Magick
Do you wish to release an addiction, a self-sabotaging behavior, a negative belief, a negative thought or a negative experience?
In this post I will share a simple Spell for banishing using Knot Magick. You can use this Spell for your own intention. Read more about Knot Magick or find the Spell at the end.
Timing: Waning Moon, Black Moon or Full Moon.
About knot magic!
Knot spells and knot enchantments. To seal intentions or to banish. Also includes Witches Ladders. Is a super easy and old style of magick using strings and knots.
Knot Spells for different types of Love Spells such as Commitment Spells or Seduction Spells. For Job Success Spells or Prosperity Spells. Or to banish negativity or to unknot past life influences or people.
In Ancient Greek and Assyrian texts there are many references to Knot Magick. In England the Witches Ladder is mentioned in folklore from the 19th century.
A knot binds energy. You only ever need a string at the very minimum to perform this type of Spell.
You will bind the energy in the knot by chanting and focusing your energy as you tie the knot.
For banishing we will first tie the knots and then burn the string to release it.
For this Spell you need!
* A black string, rope or thread
* A black or white candle, preferably a spell candle or tall candle
* Salt
* Incense
Proceed like this!
Make sure you have all of your ingredients.
* Cast a sacred circle of protection around you by visualising a white circle around you. Say out loud: white protective circle activate.
*Call in your guides into the sacred space. Say out loud: Guiding spirits(name them), I welcome you into this sacred space help me in my spellwork.
Smudge yourself and your items.
* State your intention to the universe.
* Hold your black string with both of your hands and meditate on what you want to release.
* Start tying your knots while you focus on what you wish to banish.
Say out loud for each knot you bind.
"Knotted cording that I bind
Cleanse my body, heart and mind.
In this knot may all bad be bound
Leave no trace, no sight nor sound"
* When you have tied all that you wish to release into your string. It is time to burn it.
* As you burn the string:
Say out loud."It be gone, it be gone, it be gone."
* Watch the candle burn out. Read the wax to determine the success of the Spell.
*Close the space and thank your spirit guides. Say out loud: thank guiding spirits(name them)for your support the spell work is complete. And then close the space by crossing it out. Imagine a white cross over the circle and say out loud: sacred space dissolve.
** Can be repeated as often as needed on correct timings.
