Banishing Spell - using toilet paper

Toilet Paper

A pen

Banishing a Person or a Negative Pattern

*Write the persons name/or the pattern on a piece of toilet paper.

*Swipe the paper across the areas of your body that you feel has been affected, your heart, your back, your throat, your head(or simply the whole body). While chanting the below manta.

Chant: I release you, I banish you, I evict you from my body mind and soul. So be it.

*Take your pen and make a cross over the person name/the pattern.

*Finally take the peice of toilet paper and flush it down the toilet. And repeat the above mantra again.

*You are done. You can release many people at the same time.
