Bury your Biggest mistakes - A Ritual

Have you ever done a mistake that you feel embarrassed over? Are you still carrying around the burden of these mistakes?

You will know that you are carrying around the archetype of a mistake if you feel guilty, resentful, angry, ashamed, shameful over a past action or even relationship or time period of your life.

The ritual that I will share with you will be able to help you release the energetic archetype of what we call "mistakes". So that you can open up to the compassion of the wisdom that you gained from the experience. And open up to further gates to self-forgiveness and healing.

We will use actual rough stones in this ritual and paper.

TIMING: FULL MOON, WANING MOON

YOU NEED!

*A rough stone

*A marker

*A piece of paper

*A white candle

*Incense

DO LIKE THIS!

*Light your candle and call in your guides to the ritual. Say out loud: I invite in my spirit guides to this ritual. I wish to release the burden of my past mistakes.

*Write your mistake story on the paper. As long or as short as you want. Describe how it made you feel and why you struggled.

*Use the marker and choose a name for the story of your mistake and write it on the stone, it could be something like May2008, Your Xs name, back then, poor choice, my biggest regret...

*Find a spot in nature or use a flower pot in your home.

*Read your mistake story out loud. And then say out loud: what has been, has been, and is gone, it's in the past where it belongs, now my life starts over and I will no longer carry the burden of this mistake with me.

*Burn the paper, bury it together with the stone in the earth. Say out loud: thank you universe for this experience. I am releasing it from me forever in forgiveness and compassion.

*The ritual is now complete. Say out loud: Spirit Guides thank you for always guiding and supporting me."

You can do this ritual several times for different experiences of mistakes.

With Love, Joy
