Get rid of bad luck and bad energy - Egg Cleanse
Do you feel like you are in need of a spiritual cleanse? Is there a lot of negativity around you? Or do you feel like somebody is sending you negative energy? In this post I will share how you can perform a spiritual cleanse using an egg. This is a shamanic healing practice believed to have originated in Mexico, called La Limpia.
An egg is the symbol of life in form. Eggs are energetically polarised and are therefore able to draw negatively charged energy away from the body. The egg will remove negative energy that travel through your aura and body. The egg will absorb it all and hold it so you can get rid of it.
After the Egg Cleanse it is also possible to read the yolk of the crushed egg in a glass of water. To diagnose the energetic condition of the individual and to spot the workings of any psychic attacks or evil eye.
TIMING: New Moon, Waning Moon, Full Moon.
You need!
*A single egg - room temperature
*A long white candle *A pinch of salt
*A clear glass of water - room temperature
*Body Oil or Aura Spray
*Incense
Prayer: Benevolent spirits cleanse me of all negative energies, effects of psychic attacks or negative spirits. Cleanse my aura, my body, my mind and my soul.Take everything that doesn’t serve my highest good and transform it into light. (You can also add you own words here at the end of the prayer, if you know for sure or suspect that a negative energy is coming from a specific person that you know.)

Prepare by cleaning your house, smudging your home with sacred herbs and taking a shower or bath with a salt scrub.
*Light your candle and call in your Spirit Guides and Ancestors. Say out loud: Ancestors and Spirit Guides I welcome you to this sacred space, I need your support in performing a spiritual cleanse.
**If you feel like you have a lot of negative energy affecting you. You might need to call in more powerful spirit helper other than your Ancestors. Call in a Diety or Archangel.
*Smudge yourself and the egg with incense.
*Hold your egg in both of your hands and say your prayer out loud (see above).
*While breathing out forcefully. Hold the egg in your dominant hand and move it all over your body from top to bottom. With the intention of cleansing. Always sweeping downwards towards the ground. Cover as much as you can of your own body, obviously the back can be tricky. You can stand, sit or lie down. Try and do one area of your body at a time; head, neck, arm and so on. You can also hold the egg over your chakras one by one, from crown to root. Use your breath, breathing out to release. You can also visualize negative energy being absorbed by the egg.
**If you are cleaning your house. Walk around the house while holding your egg in your dominant hand and visualize the egg absorbing all the bad energy in your home.
*Break the egg into the clear glass of water and wash your hands under running water. Make sure not to move the glass after because you will disturb the reading. Do not lift the glass either while you are reading it.
*Seal your body with the Body Oil or Aura Spray.
*Now you can read the egg. See guidelines below.
What to look for! Guidelines
!If the egg breaks before you had the chance to break it in the glass this is very bad. Seek spiritual help.!
The clearer the egg is, the better.
The more things happening with the egg, spikes, bubbles, discoloration and formations, the worse.
*If the yolk stays whole and sinks to the bottom it is a good sign.
*BROKEN YELLOW YOLK INDICATES YOU ARE HEXED.If this is the case, you need to take another spiritual bath, and redo the egg cleanse.
*If the yolk is coated someone is bothering you or provoking you
*If there is a shape in the yolk then try to determine the shape cause that’ll be the problem.
*If the yolk is whole and stays in the middle or rises to the top something is not okay and someone is trying to harm you
*If the yolk has red or black spots on it that means black magic has been done on you.
*If it is cloudy with grey or black above the yolk with bubbles and spikes then that is said to be the evil eye.
*Watch for clear water which indicates your roads are open and clear of obstacles.
*Anchors and bells usually indicate love, a wedding, or an engagement.
*Small bubbles at the surface is good spirits or ancestors. Or negative energy being released
*Big bubbles at the surface can mean the evil eye or watchful eyes. *Bubbles inside the water are a signs of Negative Energy pointed to you. *Pointy shapes or spikes going up are negative energy that people have put on you from envy or jealousy. *Downwards pointing sharpies are a sign you are carrying resentment. *Cobwebs mean someone is jealous or conspiring against you.
*Watch for ANY figures in the whites of the yolk. You can usually identify a male person or female person.
*Look for animals. Animals always have their respected spiritual meanings and can indicate omens of all sorts.
*Look for letters, as clue to people being involved with sending you negative energy.
*Objects, as informative signs
*If you see a skull, it can indicate death.
*Cloudy water indicates you being deceived or blocked from a certain achievement.
*When you have read the egg. Sprinkle salt over it to neutralise the bad energy and throw it outside or in the toilet. If you have done a big cleanse. And you feel like you have trapped some negative spirits. Put the egg under a tree, and ask the tree spirit to help release the spirit back to its original home. Trees are portals.
*Let the candle burn down. And close the sacred space. Thank your guides. Say out lou: I thank you Spirit Guides and Ancestors for your help and protection.
