Heal a broken heart - Love Potion

Are you feeling heartbroken! Or are you trying to heal from a break up or separation? In this post I will share how you can make a potion, a witches brew that you will drink as a part of your healing process. A potion is like a magical medicine that works on your spirit.

TIMING: ANY TIME, BEST ON FRIDAYS

You need!

At least one of the herbs mentioned or several of them.

Milk - you can also use oat milk or just water. (Milk is connected to mother and nurturing.)

Lavender

Hawtorn

Lemon Balm

Rose Petals

Saucepan or cauldron

Stirrer

Strainer

A candle

Incense

Glass container with lid - keep for 3 days in the fridge

*Cast a sacred circle of protection around you by visualising a white circle around you.  Say out loud: white protective circle activate. 

*Call in your guides into the sacred space. Say out loud: Guiding spirits(name them), I welcome you into this sacred space help me in my spellwork. Smudge yourself and your items. 

*Light your candle and call in your spirit guides. Say out loud: Dear spirit guides please help me as I brew this magical potion to heal my heart.

*Heat the liquid. Add each ingredient and stir carefully. Repeat below mantra. Let it heat for 6 minutes.

Mantra: Sorry go, sorry flow, sorry no more. Heart is free, heart will heal, as I speak so mote it be.

*Let your potion cool down. Pour it into your glass container.

*Close the space and thank your spirit guides. Say out loud: thank guiding spirits for your support the spell work is complete. And then close the space by crossing it out. Imagine a white cross over the circle and say out loud: sacred space dissolve. 

*Drink the potion for 3 days. Repeat the mantra before you drink it.
