Letter Ceremony - Relationships

Do you wish to balance a relationship? Release some of your own negative relationship patterns or recommit to your ideal relationship? In this post you will find an easy letter ceremony which can be adapted to suit your personal needs.

The ceremony consists of two part. In the first part you will meditate on your negative patterns, identify them, write them down on a piece of paper and then burn the paper to banish them.

In the second part you will write your new ideal relationship patterns on a new piece of paper and bless it to invoke these new standards.

Timing: FULL MOON, FRIDAYS

You need!

Two pieces of natural or organic paper

String, red or pink

A fire proof bowl

A white candle

Blessed water, rose essential oil or rose water

The Ceremony

*Cast a sacred and protective circle around you.

*Light your candle and call in your spirit guides. Tell them what you are going to do and why.

*Contemplate on the patterns you wish to release.

Write them down on the paper. Start the sentence: I now banish x from my relationships (I now banish infidelity from my relationships)(if you are working on a specific relationship with a person you can add their name; I now banish infidelity from my relationship with Ken)

And finish of with So be it. And sign it with your full name and date of birth.

*Read the list out loud before your burn it. Chant "burn, be gone and be released, you are banished from my life and I am free". While you watch the paper burn in the fire proof bowl. Spread the ashes in the wind.

*meditate with the candle again. On the new ideal relationship patterns that you wish to manifest.

*write the new patterns down on your paper. Start the sentence with "I invoke x into my relationships( I invoke trust into my relationships). And again a if it's concerning a specific person add their name. And finish of with So be it. And sign it with your full name and date of birth.

*read the list out loud. use the blessed water or the rose water to anoint the paper and then roll it into a scroll, use the string and tie it together. Put it on your altar or sleep with it under your pillow. Burn this paper the next new moon.
