We affirm consciously and unconsciously all the time, our thoughts are like affirmations. Telling us a story about the reality we are living. We literally speak our existence into reality. In the beginning was the word, John 1:1. Affirmations are positive present statements that are very popular in the personal transformation community. They help you to focus your attention on your goals.

And it does not matter if what you are thinking is true or not. You will make it true, you will create the reality you perceive. Here is where affirmations can change your life forever. By consciously choosing your thoughts, you can recreate yourself and your life.
Create your own affirmations!
- Identify what you want to change
- Use only positive words and no negations
- Create your affirmations in present tense "I am...."
- Keep the affirmations simple
- Do the affirmations when your mind is relaxed and receptive
- Do the affirmations often
- Connect emotionally to your affirmations
Best Tip. Create phrases that you can easily believe in, that are not too far away from your current mindset. You can create affirmations that takes you stepwise closer to your ideal mindset. If you for example always have felt very ugly, and feel you can not believe in "I am beautiful", you could start with "I am average looking" and then when you have mastered that affirmation you could proceed to "I am sweet looking" and so on.

* DRAW A PROTECTIVE SYMBOL SUCH AS OM OR A PYRAMID OR A HEART ON THE MIRROR
* CHANT OUT LOUD: "Magickal Mirror on the wall, hear my wishes, for these blessings I call"
* WRITE YOUR AFFIRMATIONS ON THE MIRROR IN THIS FORM: "I AM...."
* READ YOUR AFFIRMATIONS OUT LOUD
