Rebirth ritual with the 4 elements

Do you wish to start again? To develop a new character trait! To start a new chapter in your life?

In this post I will share a rebirth ritual that can help you in your rebirth process. To become a better version of yourself.

You can use this ritual to strengthen your intention to grow in your desired direction. You will write your decree or vow to yourself on a piece of paper and bless and seal it with the power of the 4 elements.

TIMING: new moon

You need!

Water, place in the west

Earth or salt or flowers, place in the north

Incense, place in the east

A white candle, place the south

A paper and a pen

A fire proof bowl

You will sit on the floor and place the elements in the correct direction(use a digital compass) around you. Before you begin smudge yourself and cast a sacred circle around you using the incense.

*Write how you wish to change on your paper. In a positive affirmative way that makes sense to you. Here is an example. Include the bold text in your own decree.

I declare from now on I, (your name), am choosing to walk the path of self-love. I will do my best to always love and respect myself. I will remember to put myself first. To respect my boundaries and to use my voice to express my needs. By my own free will I swear to honor this vow to myself.

*Stand up to read your decree out loud. Begin in north and continue to east, south and then west. Hold the element in your hand as you read the decree out loud and finish your decree with these words, by the power of earth/air/fire/water I bless and seal this intention.

*When you have sealed your drecree with the 4 elements. Burn the letter in your fire proof bowl. Say out loud, as it is written may it be. As your decree reaches heaven. You have now sealed your intention.

*Close the circle by thanking each element for their presence.
