An Ice cube

A bowl

A candle

Salt

*Light your candle and call in your spirit guides. Say out loud: dear spirit guides I welcome you to this spellwork. I need your help and guidance to resolve my issue x.

*Name the problem or block.

*Hold the ice cube in your hands. With the bowl underneath. Say out loud “x. Melt, melt, unfreeze to be resolved and freed. No longer will I be held back by thee.

*As the ice cube melts, visualize it releasing the energies required to get the situation moving toward a resolution.

*When the ice cube is melted sprinkle salt in the water and dispose of it.

*Turn off your candle and thank your spirit guides. Say out loud; Thank you spirit guides for always guiding and supporting me.
